credit card purchases being declined

I am getting order was denied. instead of credit card declined. I have purchased many tokens using the same credit cards in the site before and it works on other sites like stripchat. I think chaturbate has blocked my credit cards or blocked me from purchasing tokens. please fix this I am trying to buy tokens. @punkerbarbie please help with issue support team hasn't replied in more than a week.
