I don’t quite know what to do:
Often right after filling up I get pm by the room star out the blue wanting to play .
I’m assuming the default is to just ignore .
You are not in the mood for various reasons. Eg
Model is pushy/not attractive
Do models know your token balance beyond your name color?
Are the models being sincere in wanting to meet up or being charming or it’s simply a case of them doing whatever it takes to get coin ?makes the dividing between friends and something along the
Benefits line hard to fathom.

Why do people use honey so much ? Just room slang? I personally find it cringe worthy and rude.

Based off your post history, I think you’re just trolling, but I’ll answer since I’m taking a smoke break right now.

I’m assuming you’re asking about Chaturbate? If so, yes and no. Cb models can chime in on this, but I think CB models can get a rough estimate of how many tokens you have based off your placement in the room.

This should be obvious. Cam models are on cam to work and make money. Offering offsite meetups is against the TOS of every cam site since FOSTA/SESTA and is ban worthy since it puts the site itself in legal jeopardy. If a model is saying they want to meet you in person, especially on the cam site, it’s pretty safe to assume she’s saying it to get more tokens.

I’m from the southern US and “honey” is very commonly used there, not even as a term of endearment towards a loved one, but just what people say when they’re being nice. Perhaps it’s because I grew up around it, but I don’t think it’s rude. And it’s not like you’re in an office meeting, models are going to use terms of endearment when greeting members. A lot of men like it.

It's simply a way to put people at ease, and attempt to make them feel comfortable. I get it that some people don't like familiarity from strangers. Instead of focusing on how you think; about it (which is a bit unique, and not the norm) focus on the intent behind it, and try not to be a dick. Some people come to cam models when they are lonely, or out of sorts. So an attempt to make them feel comfy, and at ease really isn't a bad thing for models to be doing, to break the ice. They don't mean it literally, as in you are my one and only Honey, and we don't mean it patronizingly either. I actually prefer Sweetie, but they're all nice.

A lot nicer than "What now Fuck Nuts?". But if you like that greeting, head on over to my room, and I'll greet you that way instead.

What do you prefer them to call you instead of honey?
If you're a regular user/tipper to a model you can kindly bring it up and ask if they could call you something else. I do this and I know the models I visit understand and do it for me. I even tell them they can call me arsehole or cuntface if they want, just not "bb"


And yes, if this is CB then it's because when you buy tokens you'd change position int he room placement, so the model will know you have SOME tokens (they can't know how many).

If I have 100 tokens and you have 150 tokens and someone else has 200 tokens, your name will be in between mine and theirs with their name being on top and mine at the bottom. If I have 13,000 tokens in my balance and you have 14,000 tokens I know you have at least one more token than I do at that moment and if you drop below me without tipping me I know you're tipping another room.

This is even worse and more annoying for models on somewhere like Stripchat when the user doesn't (either purposely or doesn't know) hide their balance.
Literally watching their balance go down must be frustrating, especially if they are in your room talking to you but not tipping, which has happened enough times. Or similarly, they tip you 1 or 2 tokens over an hour or more duration, but then their token balance goes down because they are tipping big in another room.

As far as getting direct messages goes, click on their name in the direct message window and report user for spamming/advertising.

I find "bb" is silly and endearing, so I like using it. It gets me in a cheery mood even though it irks lots of people, but I'm a little shit.

My favorite thing to call people is "sweet pea."
