oo is that what its called animated gif? i have been searching for a video add lol!

If you are using OBS to put a banner over your stream, then yes, it's just an animated GIF image. The frames can be pulled from a video or drawn by hand, but the end result should be a GIF. I've seen PNG animations (a-gif) and a few other formats, but they aren't as widely supported.

You can capture (record), edit, make, etc GIF images using ScreenToGif (https://www.screentogif.com/). It's free software (donation supported) and the 'portable' version will run without requiring an install.

Cheers,
Cexmental
I am sure someone will reply to your question with an actual service that provides such digital art! Until they do, I would like to recommend the Web site https://www.fiverr.com. I just searched for 'small animated gif' and found many services available! Most were under $20 (or just about 400 tokens before the 50/50 split).

Cheers!

You really don't need to spend money on this, it's very simple to do.
If you have a video of yourself, there are some great and free online video to GIF converters and then just add some text on it too, and voila.
then it's a simple case of using very basic HTML to add it into the bio so that it works.

This is a great one I have used many times and it has other free tools on there too

I love when im watching something on TV and one of those banners show up at the bottom of the screen advertising something. Doesn't everyone?

The only ones I think aren't too bad are the ones that disappear for a while and then load another you know what I mean? Like it will fade in twitter for a few seconds and then disappear for a while and then show their instagram for a few seconds then disappear again then show something else etc etc. At least with those you are saving screen real estate.
