Chaturbate - unable to cashout error

Hello there,

For almost a week I get the following error whenever I try to cashout my tokens: "Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues."
Initially I thought that this error came from a maintenance error or something like that but after reading this forum I realized that it's quite uncommon.

I sent two e-mails to chaturbate support but no answer yet. Is there anything I can do in order to remedy this issue?
