Hello Everyone!

First time poster, long time lurker. Hope you are all well.

I've done some due diligence on CB and it seems cool. I'm aware they use Jumio for age/ID verification (thanks to this forum!), Jumio seems to do ID/Age verify for some pretty heavy hitters (banks, etc.) and I've read all the stuff about protecting accounts for things like payment information and so on and all the protections for models. All that sounds cool. But the one thing I cannot find is what about the regular Joe Moron like myself who just visits the site to have a good time? What if some how, some way, some underage model manages to circumvent THE PROCESS and get on a cam in front of 1,000 people?
Has such a thing ever happened? How was is handled? Bottom line: Can some random dude like myself enjoy CB and not worry about the Feds showing up at his front door one day because some smartass decided to not follow the rules?

You would have nothing to worry about.

As far as the model is concerned, she would be banned as soon as CB is aware of it. With the new verification process CB is notified that the model on cam is not the one that is age verified and account/room gets banned right away.

I believe that it is a bot running through all cams and comparing model on cam with age verified models on that account. Face recognition software.

You can also look through the forum and see a lot of models complaining about being banned/suspended due to them looking underaged

Thank you for the reply. How long has all this been in place? I seem to recall seeing somewhere that Jumio came along in October 2022? Am I off?

Not sure about Jumio start but the rest has always been in place. Before facial recognition software a manual check was done on all reports of underaged models

Understood. The reason I'm asking is because I was told that apparently CB is "deleting many accounts" this month. And that had me scared. What if I were exposed to something I did not need to see? You can't go by how people look. I've seen my fair share of 25 year olds passing for 18 and vice versa. Sooner or later we have to trust the system.

CB has a lot of inactive accounts that have been compromised and being used for spamming purposes. I am going to guess that these accounts are going to get removed.

Also I have not heard anything about them removing any accounts

They used to go by looks when a lot of users reported the page but not hearing about that as much anymore

I only know of one room that was busted for underage broadcasters. They were on cam when their local police force busted down the door and put them in cuffs, never to be seen again. That was 10 years ago.

That said, accidentally viewing someone who is not of age is an entirely different cup of tea than actively seeking it out and promoting its existence.

While sex trafficking does exist and the victims are often minors, it's not nearly as prevalent as antiporn activists would want you to believe. It's far more likely underage people are viewing our streams than underage people performing, especially now that AI is King.

It's unlikely you would have any trouble. Unless you are recording shows? Never a good idea to record or share shows which could expose you to a whole 'nother level of risk.

CB has been notorious for banning people just for looking young, regardless of their age, so take that for what it's worth.
