I'm following their instructions to a T and they're telling me I'm not doing it right. Have submitted the age verification at least twice and been denied both times for this. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I just find a different site to use instead of this frustration?

Are they giving any reason why the age verification ID is being rejected?
One common thing, I think, is when you hold the ID up to your face, some people will have it overlap the face - even by a tiny tiny amount, so be sure 1) The ID is NOT covering your face at all (and I mean, literally not by a pixel), and 2) Make sure the image is not blurry and you can easily read the information on the ID.

Also, you have to use your rear facing camera, the one on the back not the one pointing at you where you view the screen. Otherwise your information is backwards.

If you still have this problem just write the e-mail to them and they verify you. It always work. I hear the lot of model had this same problem
