i have not received two payments for November from CB and after an investigation with both CB and Paxum, it turned out I have given an incorrect Paxum e-mail - this has since been corrected by me on my CB account.
Now, according to Paxum, in order for me to receive these funds, Paxum needs to be contacted by Chaturbate directly in order send the funds back, so they can be then resubmitted under the correct e-mail adress.
I forwarded this message to CB support e-mail, responded under the first ticket i created. Because there was no response to that however, I created another ticket regarding this last friday (12.06.24), but still - no response.
Unfortunately, I don't have ticket numbers - they don't show up anywhere... tried looking at my e-mail but no luck ;/ Username: jaynieee
