hi,

I live in the UK and have been getting paid by cheque for the last two years without any problems. However, in The last two months I have had three cheques go unpaid. I am currently waiting for Chaturbate's response to this. In the meanwhile I was wondering about other payment methods. Does anyone know whether Chaturbate will pay me through bank transfer if I set up a dollar account? The account will still be in the UK but they will be able to pay me in dollars. Or does anyone have any experience of Payoneer? I have read some very bad reviews online. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Have you sorted everything out? Feel free to email me directly shirley@chaturbate.com

Hi do you work for Chaturbate?

They sorted the cheque situation for me and payed me through wire which was great.

But now I am having problems with a different Wire payment and feel like I am getting nowhere fast.

Yes I do. I got your email and replied.

CB offers direct deposit and if you do "daily payouts" it only takes 2 business days.

can anyone tell me why they require your SSN/tax ID for direct deposits?

I tried to set up a DD to a US bank account I have access to (so I can reinvest revenue with online purchases directly in USD rather than paying to switch currency back and forth), though I'm not a US resident, but they won't let me use it, even though I certify my tax exemption*. they seem to think I need to provide the SSN of the account holder, as though the money is to be taxed by the US, despite it being my earnings subject to the taxes of _my_ country. Meanwhile, they're happy to do a check or wire or other high fee (in contast to zero fee DD) option without requiring my tax ID.

*the way the payout form is constructed (you tick certain options, and other options alter), I'm able to select that I'm not American, and select that I'm not subject to US taxes, and still able to select a US bank account/DD option for my payout ... yet support insists that this isn't permitted. Is it just bad coding on their part? I don't really want to lose money converting tokens that just disappear into nothing.

can anyone explain how is is coherent or reasonable? if they want to prevent tax evasion, why are they ok with potential tax evasion so long as it comes with a $50 transfer fee and 2.5% currency conversion fee, rather than staying stateside?

I've had many back-and-forths with support trying to figure this out.
