Hi.
I tried to do a payout and received an email saying my bank account info was wrong. I reset it although it wasn’t changed and was in correspondence with cb on email. They told me the payout was resent and I should receive it what was 3 weeks ago. Now I have sent additional tokens to friends and they receive the payout the very next payout but it’s been 3 payouts and I haven’t received my funds. I was told nothing is wrong with my bank, and it’s their end but now communication from support has stopped. I’m in desperate need of this money asap and would appreciate any help!
