hello good day @punker barbie my model name is: cattalaya_levis I just created a new account in CB but they ask me for passport, I've never left colombia and that's why I don't have a passport. in colombia the passport costs a lot of money, the photos I sent are clear and very good resolution as you ask but I am not yet verified, I understood that with the Colombian citizenship card that certifies that one is an adult you can check an account in CB, but I'm denied verification by asking for a passport while in my own country, why?
