chaturbate doesn't recognize I'm online

hi yesterday I was streaming on chaturbate, everything was going good until several followers informed me that they weren't able to respond to my pms. They kept receiving that message about me not being in the room? And then they told me they weren't able to see my profile in their Following where it shows us online.. I thought they were lying but no, i told my friend to check and she couldn't find me in the online or offline section. Searched my name and nothing. The only way my followers knew I was online was if they typed the link in
