When it comes to CB BIO designs I have a tendency to use a lot of CSS effects.

In particular fixed backgrounds, box-shadows, blur filters, and transparent PNG images layered on top.

I have an 11 year old i3 laptop with 1330px wide display and for it I'm not getting any issues when scrolling the BIO up and down.
But other's have reported stuttering when scrolling the BIO on old hardware, and on recent-ish tablets and phones.

I understand because of the fixed backgrounds and filters there is a heavy GPU load when scrolling as it needs to calculate and repaint the display each time the BIO moves, however slightly.

Can you guys test this for me? See if it scrolls smoothly for you, or are there issues with stuttering:

It's smooth for me on my phone, I don't like the way the background shifts when scrolling but no big deal. I have a super small number of complaints about the blur feature used for my social media icon builder to hide the free text top left but I could never duplicate it. I have no idea why a very tiny number of people have issues with the blur, like I'm talking I've tried it on computers with i5-4k processors and still I don't see a performance drop.

I did have an issue with your icon blur feature just one time, it was like 2 years ago.

A model was using it along with the socials icons. What I found was Chrome was grabbing almost full CPU when the blur area was in view, and when I scrolled it down out of view it went back to normal.

At the time I experimented with it and adjusted it in the developer tools from 999px blur to 50px and Chrome was alright with it after that.

I haven't seen an issue with it since then, maybe it was the version of Chrome I was using at the time.
Firefox has always been OK with it.
