Hello, I got banned for the reason of use/display of drugs but I never used on stream or in real life. This is a new account. ID: master_9four

Screenshot 2025-02-13 233256.png

Nooo, I smoke ciggarettes prerolled from shop.. but I noticed that every time I talk to members via PM about drugs and mention the names of some substances (ex: cocaine, crystal ..) after a few seconds/minutes I get a warning with the message I received as the reason for the ban. Maybe the chaturbate system sees that I'm talking about drugs and thinks that they are used during the stream from my side. Most of the time I'm on chaturbate I'm in the master roleplay and many of my slaves are doing drugs (makes them hornier) while giving me tips and asking me what drugs to use and how much to take. So could be that a reason ?

Yes, of course.

Do you realize that you telling a viewer what drugs to take and how much drugs to take that you could actually contribute to an overdose?
That's a HUGE potential liability for Chaturbate

Thank you for your concern—I appreciate that safety is important to you. Let me reassure you: the well-being of my partners is my top priority. Over my many years of experience, I’ve developed a meticulous approach to dosage and care, rooted in trust, communication, and education. To date, there have been **zero overdoses** or health emergencies under my supervision, precisely because I prioritize informed, consensual practices and rigorous safety protocols.

While I understand your intent, this thread was created to seek technical guidance, not unsolicited advice. I’d appreciate it if we could keep the discussion focused on the original topic. Thanks for understanding.

Sorry, that's not how it works here. This forum was not originally created just to help banned CB people contact their rep, it was for discussion of all things.

Our suggestion and opinion is that telling people how to use illegal drugs while on a cam site justifies that cam site banning you. It should be absolutely common sense to understand this.

Intox fetish has been banned by payment processors, on the kinds of sites most of the models here stream the most. I get that it's a big thing in the BDSM world and other scenes too, but it's not something the payment processors have decided they want to be a part of anymore. It was not always the case, but is now, and has been for several years now. Intox fetish is against the rules on most sites, and even the word "intoxicated" itself, is a banned word on the majority of the above-the-table sites ( ie the ones that provide 1099s and where cam models pay taxes). This changed years ago. It is not a new thing.

How did Chaturbate's support, once renowned for being the fastest and most reliable in the cam industry, undergo such a dramatic transformation to the point where users now face unresponsive emails, delayed answers, and a reputation for being among the worst in the industry? What internal changes, shifts in priorities, or operational challenges led to this decline, and could this erosion of support quality be a reflection of broader issues within the platform's management or growth strategy?

You are basing your comments on your own personal experience with Chaturbate. It sounds to me like Chaturbate has instituted a zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs. The biggest threat to the cam site business model are state laws supposedly designed to protect minors from porn. For example, in my state, I can't access Pornhub any longer because of a new ID verification law.

In my previous post, I did not mention the zero-tolerance policy against illegal drugs, as I believe it is a reasonable standard. I’m addressing the abysmal responsiveness to user and model concerns. Take my own case as an example: I initiated this thread 3 days ago (Thursday) after encountering an issue. In their most recent reply (24 hours ago), support claimed my suspension would be revoked if I acknowledged their warning via email. I submitted my confirmation 24 hours ago (30 mins after their email response), yet my account remains suspended as of now and probably would get to 1 week.

I’d like to highlight that my first Chaturbate account was created 8 years ago. In the past, whenever I encountered issues, I communicated directly with support, and they resolved my concerns swiftly—typically within the same day, with response times ranging from 1 to 6 hours after I submitted a request. Recently, however, resolutions are delayed by days to weeks.

Hold on—this "Unofficial Support: Chaturbate" category is the most active on the forum leading with 9.5K threads (I wonder why? Stellar support? Let’s be honest…). Beyond that, 3 additional websites (easily searchable on Google) feature hundreds—if not thousands—of users and models rating Chaturbate’s support as low as 1 star, and that’s just within the first two months of this year. This is a systemic problem, not an isolated one.

8 years ago there were not 100,000 new models due to Covid. Pay attention to ticket numbers on here, they jump by the 10's of hundreds if not thousands on a single day. You are one person standing in line like everyone else.

You’re right that platforms scale in users and tickets over time—but that’s precisely why support systems must evolve proportionally. If Chaturbate’s model count and revenue have grown significantly (especially post-2020), it’s reasonable to expect support capacity to scale too. Companies like Amazon didn’t accept delivery delays as user bases grew; they invested into logistics, automation, and staffing to improve speed as demand exploded.

Scalability is a core expectation for any thriving business: more users/models = more revenue = greater responsibility to allocate resources toward support. If ticket volumes spike by "10s of hundreds" daily, that signals urgent need for expanded teams or better tools—not resignation to delays. Efficient support isn’t just a courtesy; it’s a retention strategy.

The “one person in line” argument ignores that queues are managed. Growth without proportional support investment risks reputation and retention—especially when rivals already set higher standards (LiveJasmin offers livechat support since 2001). If a platform wants to dominate its niche, it should outpace competitors in all metrics—including how it treats the creators fueling its revenue.

Amazon hasn't delivered a package on time in years, which is why I finally stopped giving them my money.

If it were me and I say this as I'm about to celebrate my 12 year anniversary on CB, I would be thinking about how I need to change my business model in order to not be banned again instead of wondering why a system doesn't suit your personal window of acceptable response time when no time frame was given.

You responded in the affirmative you understood and now you wait. That's what you get for breaking the rules.
