Chaturbate banned account for chargebacks that didn't happen

I made a purchase in 2014... only used some of the tokens, and not recently.

I logged in a week ago and tried to use them but got strange error messages about not having enough tokens for a private even though I had many times more than was requested or required by the model (like 18 tokens per minute at 3 minutes, I had over 150 tokens).

I log in a few days ago and it says my account's banned for "violating" terms of service. I contact support and they say "chargebacks" even though my tokens are still there, I don't remember which credit card I used on the account (I think it's expired anyways), and I'm seeing no odd credits on any of my credit card accounts.

I'm not sure what to do now. I've asked them to show me what the amount/date is for at least one of the chargebacks, but they're not replying. They won't even tell me what credit card is on the account, and I'm getting nothing through Epoch or CCBill, which I think are the only ones I made purchases through, and I can't find the "subscription" or "member" number from Chaturbate that's recognized by these billing companies.

Any advice? If Chaturbate fraudulently banned my account to steal my tokens, who can I report it to and what's the best way to handle it? I think if they're doing this to people they should feel the heat to fix the problem.

it's not a basic calculation, it's a choice.

Even if my minimum p/min is 6tks, and my minimum PVT minutes is 1 minute (whence you might say 'I have more than 6, I should be fine!), I can still set my requirement as high as 1000tks (it might make no sense to you, it might not be smart, but what matters is that it's possible -- it could be that the model just didn't do your math, or that they don't want to waste their time in room-killing PVTs with low rollers)

If Chaturbate fraudulently banned my account to steal my tokens, who can I report it to and what's the best way to handle it? I think if they're doing this to people they should feel the heat to fix the problem.

I very much doubt they would do that. -- they rake in tens-of-thousands of tokens worth of money from just their top 5 models any given day. unless you had a million tks, how would it be at all significant for them to steal from you?

Well that wasn't stated anywhere so how would I know a model has a minimum requirement as high as 1000tks? I'm not sure what you mean by "my" math; all that was stated was (for example) 6tks/min @ 1 min minimum and I had 150+ tokens... the math is (without accounting for some hidden or unstated minimum or one that's stated somewhere I hadn't looked yet, please explain if so) that I could go about 25 minutes. I'd think the stated minimum-tokens-per-minute and minimum-minutes would already set the model's low-bar for low rollers and room-killing privates.

I've been seeing dozens of forum posts (mostly from models) of Chaturbate banning accounts for "chargebacks" when they're saying they didn't do that or don't even know how, and replies from other models saying they went through BS with Chaturbate like that and got reinstated after Chaturbate admitted making some random error, but who am I to judge when a site might just ban people for innocuous reasons like not using your tokens often enough, or glitches (like the weird errors I was getting), or maybe some other reason to defraud people or maybe even to cook their books, who knows, I don't consider these cam sites to be run by angels or the most honest people on the planet. Maybe even my account got hacked and somebody tried to get free chats through chargebacks, but I can't even see if a credit card is on the account that isn't mine because they won't let me see any pages and they're not replying to my billing questions.

Anyways, I was hoping someone here had heard of this or had experience with it, now I'm surprised to hear from you that models can set some hidden minimum or something that isn't made clear to the user (or isn't clearly pointed out what the minimum is), but I didn't do chargebacks and I'm hoping you (or maybe even other models here) don't have a negative assumption about users that's coloring your answers, as this was the top site when I searched for cam site forum help, maybe I should just feel guilty to even be searching for that and go back to DDF or Playboy magazines, I don't know, they don't cancel my shit and keep my money without delivering for "chargebacks" they can't even give me any info on.

that is what I mean by your math -- the idea that two values must determine her third value, when in actual fact all three are independent variables. who knows what she's thinking (all I can say is that it probably wasn't the same calculus you use). It could be random/thoughtless, or it could be that she might be happy to do a cheap PVT with someone who has so many tks that he's a good candidate for tipping her well outside of the PVT, whereas someone who only has 150 might only tip a total of 150 getting his own recording while her audience seeps away and then never tip again. It could be a lot of things. Best thing would've been to have asked her.
