Chaturbate ban scam of users

Hello my account(lidiya6969) was banned with scam of user.

A person wrote with a nickname ending in 99 (example this pedro_1999) and asked me in a private message what I think about his age.
I was say nice or something like that.
I think he was born in 1999 and I didn't worry about it.
But in the DM this guy wrote his age 17 .
I wasn't attentive enough to read this message when chatting in my room.I think this was done on purpose because it provoked a loss of vigilance.
I got anwenser about forbiden games (i never practical) on my other ticket of wrong dislike add screen of this message.
If I have a chance to get unbanned, I will be glad to receive an answer.

Anwencer on this message about scam i dont got never. I was never play forbidden games or wrong roleplay .Im working 15 years and make account on chaturbate in 2017.
I know rules and i dont looking for violate them.This is my job and this is my life and im really like community of chaturbate.
My heart was broken when i got banned.
I hope other models read this post and will be careful with members of chaturbate ,because evrybody can scam girls like my situation, and got permanently banned.
I hope on reabilitation and unban my account because that was no fair. I understand how i must be act with violators like this guy who make me got problems and ban.
I promise be careful to be fair and report all possible violations to support.

You initiated the PM? Or he had supporter and started it? Did you respond in the DM window? Or only in the PM? Was your only response the "nice" comment? And that was in the PM?

so the guy said he was 17, but you didn't see it or did you ignore it? Did you ban the user or allow him to chat even after you saw he typed 17?


really what every model should do on any camsite if a member says they are underage is to stop doing what you are doing, block the person immediately, then report them the earliest you can. even if they were "joking" or "mistyped" you cannot risk your account. it appears that you are allowing them to roleplay a minor. zero tolerance on underage means you too have to be zero tolerant towards members who decide to engage in that type of play.

So the only response you made was in the PM saying nice age but you didn't respond to the DM at all?

And you didnt mention how the PM started, is he a supporter? Or did you PM first? Is this a colored name or a gray?

на самом деле, если участник заявляет, что он несовершеннолетний, то каждая модель должна прекратить делать то, что делаете вы, немедленно заблокировать человека, а затем сообщить о нем как можно скорее. даже если он «шутил» или «сделал опечатку», вы не можете рисковать своим аккаунтом. похоже, вы позволяете им отыгрывать роль несовершеннолетнего. нулевая терпимость к несовершеннолетним означает, что вы тоже должны быть нулевой терпимостью к участникам, которые решают участвовать в такого рода играх.

Hmm that sounds like a serious flaw since you didn't respond to the DM what's to say you actually saw it. DMs are pretty easy to miss.

i open some dm after im just analis where i can have somthink illegal i open dm and think this is dick size that i see after we got talk .we dont play with user just chatting no illegal games no private.That why i call thiss scam.I dont make money .That cheap thing for destroy many accounts.

honestly, the best thing to do is focus on other sites and be sure to be more diligent when members say "I'm 17" or similar. i understand now where you might confuse it as centimeters instead of age, but unfortunately, those nuances can be lost in reports. streamate once deleted all my requests for members to call me daddy on my profile because they assumed it was incest related when it was a domme related.

being diligent is to get them to be more clear, even if you understand what they mean. if someone doesn't put centimeters, it's your job to get them to clarify further or if they don't; block and report. support might then interpret the is member saying their age instead of penis size if you don't.

Hi, a client tried to trick me too. It was in a private message, write your age and I will send you a number, then subtract it and write the result. The result was 16, so I immediately blocked the client and reported him. There were such scoundrels who tried to trick me.

When I first got on to Chaturbate I used to get loads of people trying every trick in the book to get me to be careless and allow some underage person to view. After about 6 months the number of them dwindled and now I hardly ever get them. I always assumed that they were mostly hired hands checking out the new broadcaster, or law enforcement trying to ferret out possible violators. In any case, I also can confirm that these people use tricks to try to get you to be careless. So, I hope you can get this straightened out.
