Chaturbate and online countdown timers

This isn't a support question so I decided to ask this here.

I'm starting to see models running looping video with a countdown timer text displayed in the center of the video, saying that they will be live in "X number of hours". In one case the countdown timer was in excess of 4 hours, with the model eventually coming online at the end of the countdown timer. But the whole while people were still tipping, albeit in small amounts during the looping video. I'm all for a model making money, but this doesn't seem like something that CB would allow or embrace, yet it has been going on for a few weeks now with no apparent action on CB's part. Is this something new that CB has adopted to allow models to announce their presence and build a user base prior them actually coming online?

Actually on CB this is not allowed and they will get banned for it.

Are even short loops not allowed, like the "BRB" videos I see all the time?

According to the ToS, recorded video of any kind is not allowed on your public stream. However I believe this rule is in place to prevent copyright violations and people streaming recorded shows as if they were live shows. Counters, while not being "live" content, do not violate either of the two. Models have used these counters for at least 2 years that I know of. Maybe @punker barbie could clarify what CB support considers to be within the ToS
