Chaturbate account banned & they haven’t replied to my emails

Hey everyone,

Completely new here

I was using chaturbate for a few weeks, everything was perfectly fine, then at the end of a show when I went to withdraw my tokens it came up with account has been banned.

As far as we know (we’re a couple doing it), we haven’t violated any terms and conditions. Iv sent them a email (ticket request) and I haven’t heard anything back for nearly 2 weeks now.

Is there any way to get any help with them replying? I’d really like access back to my account if possible

From humble experience with them (got several of my accounts banned), they don't explain why, they just mention that you violated their terms. Even worse some of my accounts that got banned had some tokens in them, which means they literally confiscated them with the ban. If you contact them via email regarding your account, don't mention your new account, they'll most likely ban it as well, seeing them both connected.

I haven’t made a new one, due to wanting this one unbanned. Iv got over 5000 tokens in there before they banned it

From what I heard, they do, but you have to contact them.

Hey, I'm a veteran CB model. Amber doesn't work for CB or any site as an admin.

If both people were registered on the account then that's not the issue. If both were not registered then that is probably the issue. If you mentioned drug use, showed drug use, or alluded to offsite payments that may be the issue. There is never "No reason", there's always a reason. Could be you mentioned something you did before you were an adult.

Wait for a reply from support, sending more emails only delays the process.

Also, you the person is banned, not the account. Any new accounts you create and give ID info for will also be terminated.

Both of us are verified on the account, and have been using it perfectly fine. The only thing I can think of is someone was messaging us privately for a r*pe fantasy play, but we wasn’t entertaining them. We continued to ignore them whilst we was interacting live on the camera, could this be the issue?

That is most likely the issue. You can't ignore it, or respond to it, only ban the person immediately. Don't worry about banning anyone from your room any time you feel uncomfortable or they are breaking the rules. While you wait for a response please read the TOS in its entirety.
