Chaturbate account banned, could someone please help me get it back?

Hi @punker barbie, my account (yoursmileisallicrave) was banned from chaturbate on April 23 due to engaging in underage roleplay - I wasn't aware that it isn't allowed and against the rules. Given that the user was on the platform, I didn't realize they were actually underage and thought it's just a fantasy. I have sincerely apologized multiple times and also promise to thoroughly read and abide by all the rules going forward. Would really appreciate if my account can be unbanned, I have really been missing all the friends I made on the platform and my mental health is really taking a toll due to not being able to access chaturbate and no replies since months from support

Hi @punker barbie , thanks for your reply but I haven't received any response since the original email from the support team. They haven't replied on either of the original emails or the new threads I started. Any help you can provide would be deeply appreciated - also happy to connect with someone over a call/in person to help resolve and remedy the issue as the lack of contact with the friends I made on cb is really affecting me mentally and I deeply miss them
