Chaturbate account banned after age verification.

Hello, I am still puzzled... I turn 28 this April and yes, I created my CB account before I was 18 (since most people/guys are on such websites before 18 anyways...) so a few weeks ago I made the age verification and now I am banned. I wrote 2 mails and got no reply. All the Private Shows and Videos I bought (AFTER turning 18, because before I did not buy any tokens) are not accessable which saddens me the most to be honest. I have always been a loyal customer and I have many good relationships with camgirls which I now unfortunately, can not continue. Is there a way for the support to at least make the bought videos and recorded private shows accessable? or can I even get unbanned? it would be nice if somebody has any information on this matter for me....

I wrote them again on the 24th. of March, I got the conformation, that the mail arrived, but I never heard of the support again. So no answer... I do not know what to do
