Changing my ethnicity

Hi! I'm totally and completely new to camming (my first show was last night) my Studio made my profile and labeled me as white, which I am not. I tried changing it, but it doesn't even let me click it. What do I do? I'm on Streamate. Also I read on another forum that I can set something up to have members tip me, even when I'm not online. How do I go about doing that?

I also have no idea how to keep people in my room, or how to have them take me to pvt.

I did some searching around and I found this on the forums.

It seems that SM won't let you change your name due to not being able to change what's in the system. So I deduce that it would be the same circumstance for ethnicity. But I could be wrong, so it's best to email SM support.

I would try contacting support and if it doesn't work it is still not to late to get another profile (without the studio that screwed up) before you have regulars.

I would try e-mailing your studio to see if they can fix it. If not, Streamate support should be able to.
