CB Disconnects in Privat ?

Hello all,

I have recently started working CB and like this site quite a bit. All was going well, unitil about a week ago it suddenly started kicking me out of Pvts without warning and without even a stop at the "Away" screen. This became frequent enough that I am no longer accepting Pvts on CB, which significantly cuts into my earning potential.

About the same time this started happening, I also started to get frequent " "You were kicked because you have joined this room again" messaged when in free chat, which requires restart. Wonder if this is related and the same error that kicks me out of the Pvts.

CB support had not been able to offer a solution. Even more puzzling, it stopped happening for a few days but now its back, worst than ever.

Anyone else experienced the same problem? Any clues where to look for a solution? Help appreciated!

do you have a boyfriend that could be possibly logging onto your account while you stream? because that is the only way i could see this happening. very perplexing.

Sounds to me like a flaky internet connection. If you disconnect for a moment, then your machine tries to reconnect, but the server thinks your other session is still connected, I could see that error occurring.

I agree with making sure no one else is logging into your account (change your password, don't tell anyone the new one), but also make sure you're connected to the internet with a wire rather than wifi if you can. If the problem continues, you may want to check with your ISP to see if they see any issues with your internet connection from their side (you can say that you're getting glitches when watching movies or making video calls).

Could it be something with your browser or computer? Do you have any other windows/tabs open while you're broadcasting? When was the last time you ran a virus scan or checked for updates? Could it be something with your virus scanner/firewall maybe?
I've gotten the "kicked from session" message a couple times but it's only been when I've accidentally opened my room in another tab. I've never had an issue with disconnecting during privates, but it's most likely related.
Definitely change your login information as a starting point and run some virus/malware scans. Clear out cookies, temp files, etc as well.
