Hello @AmberCutie @punker barbie , my cb account was banned approximately 1 year ago while i was working at a studio. Since then i tried to contact support multiple times with no answer. I also tried to create other accounts to work from home but on all of them my identity verification was denied. I emailed the support about this issue and no one answered. Please help. I received the email that i have been permanently banned and that i have also been informed in 2023. Back then i was working at a studio. I think the reason i got permanently banned is because there was some issues with the broadcast and the studio trainer came to fix them and he pressed the start broadcast button while he was in the front of the camera.. I am not the type of model that causes trouble. I always respect the rules but back then it didn’t depend on me. Why would i have to pay for other people’s mistakes.. Please understand me.

Creating additional accounts to circumvent a ban is against TOS. YOU (the person) are banned, not the account.
Quite simply... you are responsible for your account. 'nuff said.
