CB Account Banned (typical post here, sorry)

My partner and I stream on Chaturbate, we have 3 accounts (one for my partner, his and mine).

On this occasion I have been the one who has suffered the ban, sometimes when I have to go to eat / make dinner / etc ... I have a scene with a “Be Right Back” in my OBS, after a few minutes to return the following message appeared:
“You may only broadcast from a Private Location”.
Logically (and you can check by IP) I was still static in the same place, but I understand that it must have identified the scene of the BRB video as not being there and jumped ban.

I have already sent a message to support, but I need to expedite the review of my case as Chaturbate is my main source of income and these days of the month are crucial to reach my goal, in any case my apologies in case I have done something wrong, although I consider that in this occasion it has not been the case, but I don't know.

Edit: When I said that there are 3 accounts I meant a couple account (in which the two IDs are associated) and then one for each of us.
