My problem is I can't cashout my tokens. The system message says: "Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues"
I've contacted support 16th of january once and 18 twice, and I got no answer.
Before the problem appeared I had no any messages or notifications about breaking rules or something like that. So I don't even know why I can't cashout my tokens.
Please, help me.
