My username is Mmmohhhyes, I recently got unbanned though I got banned in the first place when I bought tokens, I'm not sure if it was because my card was blocked but I couldn't use the tokens that I bought for it when it got banned. Though I tried purchasing 100 tokens on top, it seems my card isn't blocked anymore but I can't use the tokens still. I already sent in a follow up support ticket but it still hasn't been responded to though it has been several days. Need help and thank you
