Cant get past age verification

I have been trying to confirm my age on chaturbate.com for a while now
I've already made many many attempts, but the site keeps saying that the picture quality is blurry

I have a pixel 8 pro and it takes great pictures and I tried using 2 different webcams also.
I have already written to the official technical support of support@chaturbate.com
