Can't access my Cosmo balance

Is anyone having issues with cosmo?? I'm getting a message of "no balance available" on mobile. On PC I can see my balance but get an error when trying to transfer to card. Super scared now because that's all the money I have for the week.

Mine seems fine, like my $0 balance is showing on the app (I havnt used my new cosmo account yet though). If you email them I found the only positive about cosmo is their support is normally very quick to reply.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Thanks guys. I just got back from support and thought I'd share in case anyone else is experiencing this:

"Hello, the processor is having an API error which will be resolved shortly, your balance is safe and your card is working."
