I heard you could maybe help here.
I joined CB almost 2 years ago as a viewer and only recently started to try streaming for myself.
Last week I unexpectedly got a lot of tokens (don't rly know why. but didn't think a lot aboud it).
Now I discovered that i cannot tip anyone anymore (tried if cashout works, but that doesn't either).
The message states "Contact support" and at the bottom there is a Buttun to buy tokens.
Although I have a lot of tokens I bought a small amount to see if this will fixed my probelm. Guess what? I didn't.
I sent an EMail to support two days ago, but haven't got any reply (not event some automated response).
My CB Account is cra5y.
Hope you could have a look into this and help me get my acc useable again.
