CANCEL MEMBERSHIP/RECURRING PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY!

Hi my Chaturbate account was banned 2+ months ago yet my card is still being billed. I would like to permanently cancel my Supporter membership and stop the recurring payment of $19.95 on my Visa card immediately. I have tried calling, and emailing, and filling out the help desk form etc numerous times and have yet to have my issue resolved, let alone have a response. This is a huge problem because each month I am having my card charged. Below is my account information. I sent out another request for cancellation today and I got back the same automated response email from chaturbate support saying that my email has been recieved. This is completely unacceptable and I need this resolved ASAP. I have provided my account information below.

Have you thought about contacting your bank/CC provider to stop the payments from continuing? Just in case CB continues to fail, I think that's wise.

Yes I have. I contacted them and explained the situation in detail and had their claims department look into the disputes transactions. Today I got mail stating, they were authorized or that a processing error did not occur". They stated they are reviewing the other transactions I inquired about. Its a total of 3 recurring payments that 9 have been charged for since the initia lJanuary 10th charge. That doesn't solve my issue l. I need these recurring payments to stop permanently, but I can't even log in to cancel my membership. Nor have I had contact with a real human being to resolve my issue from Chaturbate.

Hey! I recieved an email from them confirming that they canceled my Supporter membership and providing me with a refund. Thank you so much for the assistance! I truly appreciate it.
