Can’t start show on Stripchat

Hello I’m a model from Stripchat
Yesterday I was broadcasting and the system cut me off. I tried to reconnect but I can't broadcast anymore but still can access my profile. I emailed support and they said they fixed the system but today I still can't broadcast. While I see other models broadcasting normally. Is anyone else having the same problem? It takes forever to wait for a response from Stripchat support.

I would email support and ask to be added to the model telegram chat, there are some admins in there that respond much quicker and its often if one of us is having issues we are all chatting on it, so it can help to know when it’s a site issue versus just you

Doing the classic clear cookies and websites caches etc as well before logging on sometimes it’s a simple as a reset!
