Cam Sites that rival MFC? I'm close to Thai Model looking

Her mfc profile was closed like all the Thai model profiles were/are. She keeps asking me about different sites as if I would know something about them. She is curious about traffic, payout, and overall the experience models have with sites other than MFC.

She keeps sending me on fact finding missions to different sites to ask models who obviously are working and are not in mood to answer business questions from some noob to their site. Some even banned me from their rooms, so I also endured the laughter of my friend who I am trying to help. I stumbled across this site last week when looking for mila info, and now I see it has an ask-a-model section.

So how about it ladies? Can you give some experiences about sites other than mfc or even give some recommendations of other sites?

Also if prems have another site they like, let me know too.

Streamate is the most reputable site as mfc.

It is more focussed on pay per minute chat - but members there are used to paying and there is extremely high traffic. Lower payout, but I'm told the traffic makes up for it.

There is no nudity in public chat on streammate.

It's the #1 reccomended site on here in models only when girls are not doing well on MFC or struggling. I have a friend who was making crap all on mfc (like 7 days, no tokens) and switched to streammate and is now making close to what I am... and I have an 8-12,000 camscore. So I'm doing well.

Connection/HD broadcasting and cam quality play into your placement - NOT camscore.

They do gold shows (everyone pledges an amount, and if they hit the goal by the time its reached you go in a private room with them and do the show. If the show goal is not reached the girl can choose to do the show anyway, or cancel it and the members are refunded t heir pledges)

Private shows - like group on mfc

Exclusive - like private on mfc

i think thats the jist. There is MUCH less 'just because' tipping on streamate.

I have not worked on streammate so if i'm wrong abotu anything ladies please correct me

MyFreeCams and Streamate seem to be the two most popular cam sites. MFC pays a higher payout.

Some models feel that Streamate has more paying traffic and not as many freeloaders as MFC, and that they get enough successful Gold shows/privates on SM that the low percentage doesn't really bother them too much. Also, some have said that some of the MFC tippers get a bit too needy/controlling/possessive, and think that tipping a model entitles them to complete access to the model's personal life even when she's off cam. Models on Streamate don't have to worry about a cam score, though they do need to be aware of SM's rules and the fact that SM can be strict. I know a model who was suspended for having "@_____" (her Twitter name) in her room topic, and a model who was suspended for having her dog on cam and petting him on the head.

Some models would enjoy MFC more, where there's not as much expectation to fuck your pussy back-to-back in shows, you're more likely to see more tips happening in MFC public chat, and there's more of a 'circle of friends' atmosphere. The unpredictability of MFC can be pretty interesting too. Sometimes what started out as a slow night can wind up being one of the best token nights you've ever had. You're also able to talk about more in your room without risking an account suspension (your Twitter profile, your Clips4Sale store, etc.).

There are pros and cons to both sites, obviously, and everyone is going to have a different opinion.

Also: with all the media attention on thai camming being illegal right now,please, please encourage your friend to be as careful as she can. What she is doing in her country is illegal, and though I gather authoroties have often turned a blind eye it may not be so with the attention it's getting now. it may be that your friend may want to weigh the risks very carefully.

What she is doing in her country is illegal, and though I gather authoroties have often turned a blind eye it may not be so with the attention it's getting now. it may be that your friend may want to weigh the risks very carefully.

Thanks for all the info girls. As to Lollipop thing here. I have discussed this with her but I have to be careful about it to. She is an independent woman. She isn't going to take me telling her what to do too well. If I tell her don't do something, she is almost guaranteed to do it. But that's kind of why we're friends. We both got the rebel blood flowing through our veins.

I plant seeds for her to nurture in her own mind and when she harvests her minds fruit, its her own food for thought. Manipulative? Maybe but I'm letting her come to her own conclusions with me giving some tips and advise here and there. One of the reasons I am asking these questions is so she doesn't have to put her name out there.

In the end, I'm just helping a friend but really I want her to take a break and do something else for a bit.

Its really nice that you're not trying to control her If she's set on camming and mfc is not an option think her best bet would be to try streammate.

I don't have any experience with Flirt4Free.

*There seems to be some sort of problem lately where CB models are getting banned with no explanation. And from what I've heard, it sounds like they pretty much rely on Twitter to get important info out to people. It's silly for them to assume that every CB model and member uses Twitter...there are lots of people on cam sites who still aren't using Twitter. Any important site announcements should be posted on Twitter AND on the Chaturbate homepage, and maybe even sent out as a mass e-mail to everyone.

*I was never able to buy tokens on Chaturbate because they don't accept Payoneer cards. That sucks because I use my Payoneer card for everything...and I've used it several times to purchase on MyFreeCams and Streamate.

*I'm not a big fan of the whole 'members can no longer chat when their tokens are gone' thing. Basically, if you want to be able to continue chatting, you have to remember to NOT give the model all of your tokens at once. So if you bought 200 tokens and wanted to give them all to one model, instead you'd have to tip, say, 199 tokens to her, and remember to leave 1 token behind, so that you're able to continue chatting. *sigh* I think some models do like that feature though.

*I called their Customer Service line once, was put on hold for a little while, and when a woman answered the phone I was given this "You have x minutes remaining of this call" automated warning..WTF?

Further update.

I believe my friend is considering taking a break or retire from camming altogether. She tried many of these other sites, but she doesn't really like others like she liked mfc. She says she misses mfc community too.
