Just one more differences between a residential and a commercial burg. If you get caught doing a commercial burglary you aren't likely to be hogtied in the process. Also why, (in California), residential burgs are considered violent crimes, and commercial burgs are not. This guy is lucky he is just hogtied, and doesn't have a hole or three in him. Mess with a persons home and what ever you get, you had coming!
