"Broadcaster Has No Audio" - but everyone else can hear her?

This has happened a few times and I am unsure why.
I load a model's room and it instantly says "Broadcaster has no audio". Ok great no problem, some models have their audio turned off. But then, everyone else in chat is responding to her, and she IS talking to the camera/mic.
I have refreshed, restarted the browser, tried on my phone - it says the same for me. I use Chrome on both PC and Android. I have also tried turning off low latency and it still says/does the same.

Right now I have gone in other rooms and the audio is working as normal and I can hear the models.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It was driving me crazy too when I'd posted about it a month ago on here...the "No video" issue, and back then it'd go back and forth from saying the video was "good...poor...no video...etc." When it was saying that on my end, a trusted member on my SC friends list told me that everything looked perfectly fine on his end. That issue didn't stop until I went back to using the OBS encoder instead.
