sorry to bother here but my account overdonex has now been suspended from broadcasting for a week.
I had my docs verified and streamed successfully for 8 months, all alone and even dressed (I usually listen to music and talk to my viewers, no hardcore), then suddenly in the middle of the broadcast I received a requirement to confirm age verification. I thought no worries, passed the same verification again and it was approved (I see the green sign 'approved' near docs) but I still have the red rectangle with the words 'Age not verified. See the problems below' - but there are no issues below, I see green "approved' and "The user has been rejected" same time.
Tried to contact support but there was no response.
I need help, maybe someone had the same issue before - how have you fixed that?
Also, the help of the site staff would be incredibly important.
