What they're saying is bullshit. Your IP address reveals your zipcode. https://www.mapdevelopers.com/what-is-my-zip-code.php
The real reason they dont offer blocking by city or zip code is because it would make their geoblocking feature more expensive for them. In order for a camsite to have geoblocking, they have to pay a vendor to implement it for them.

Hm..Maybe if we can get enough models to ask/complain they would do it..I mean from a business standpoint if my top earning models wanted it- I'd do it to keep them around, after all they pay the bills lol.

Side Note: Im not a top model lol but if we got majority of the girls to inquire about it I'm sure it'd happen eventually

An IP address can be identified as belonging to a specific city or county. Why dosent MFC offer geoblocking of the ranges of cities and counties?

That could make it easier to find out where a model is living.

Programing wise, comparing CA to CA is easy to do. And it doesn't take allot of resources to figure out.

Trying to figure out if SF is next to Oakland requires lots of programing and resources. Not to mention creating a map and maintenance said map. If you out source it to google; then google charges.

It's kind of pointless anyway. Some large ISPs dump all their traffic through one point. So you can have users that show in LA but are in SF. (383 miles apart)

A common thing when lookup up IPs. The websites can't even agree on where that person is. The answers can be on different side of the world.

This is weird. That site shows that I'm at the office of the vet where I once boarded my cat while I went on vacation. On my first visit, my cat peed on the counter at their reception while I was settling my bill. They'd had a hard time taking a urine sample, so I guess Begemot wanted to help them out.
