BIO coding help??

hi there i have a multitude of questions all of it which are "where did I go wrong and how can I fix it?"
I have tried to create a bio for CB by searching through these forums and attempting to learn what seems like limited code on the site. I have hit quite a few bumps as expected but it's getting to a point where every time I touch it somehow I have something misaligned more than what I had previously fixed and I'm getting much to flustered to not just ask for help. it was viewing in codeopen without the added link icons just fine but after that, it was off.

I have never gotten the bio with the 2 clickable angels to work for me...I assumed the image was improperly sized and have adjusted it multiple times. they also are sometime clickable and other times not? maybe its just an error on my part when i redo them over and over but generally i wouldn't move where the href is...

now it seems that everything is misaligned showing the background in spots and not being lined up to one another

in codepen there is also a section for CSS which I've seen filled in for CB bios how is that added into it or is it not?

also anytime that i get to a point of "perfection when i upload it to CB its all messed up I'm assuming that's because i have the margins sizing wrong..
