Hello people. I am a broadcaster on cb, since end of september.
I have a problem with my cb payment and i hope u can help me out since im really sad and dissapointed about whats happening....
It all started like this:
1. I ve submited my payoneer account but ( my payoneer card was expired) so CB support reseted my payout information , and i contacted payoneer and they sended a new card).
2. Now the problem is that when i try to link my new account i get the message :
It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
To log in to your account please click here
If you did not receive your card, or are unable to access your account,
please contact our Customer Support department

OK. Seeing this i contact CB again let them know, they tell me " Call payoneer tell them to reset your payid".
I call to payoneer 5 times telling them to reset my payid and i get the same response : We dont need to reset anything since u apear active in our sistem and Cb should be able to send you the payment". But obviously no payment was issued.
3. So, i submited WIRE TRANSFER : everything good , i wait 2 weeks for my payment..nothing sent, i contact my bank they say no payments ever arrived in my account.
Still at this moment i cant add my payoneer account on cb. Im really desperate since i quited my job and rely on this money really bad.
This is going back and forth like 1 and half months already : i have sent over 30 messages to Cb support and its like im reciving automated responses each time....
What can i do ? who can i talk to..is there any hope i will recive the payments? And keep in mind im not expecting 200$ paymentim waiting... for more than 3500$
