So basically I'm single for the first time in four years, and I'm hurting on cash even though I work my ass off at a serving job, so I decided to finally do something I've thought about doing for a while. I don't have a webcam, and today I discovered my laptop won't even work with my wifi. Since I don't have $500+ for new equipment right now, I was wondering if there's any apps out there for camming with my iPhone? Like has anyone ever done it through FaceTime and how it would work... I mean I can take pictures or something but I doubt anyone would pay me for mirror bathroom nudes....? Lol I am so lost. Any advice is appreciated, thanks xx

To be a web cam model, you must have access to a web cam and the internet... there's just no two ways around it. You could use your iphone as a wifi hotspot for camming with your laptop, but you have to have a web cam to broadcast with. If you decide to actually go into cam modeling, you'll understand what I mean.
Just go out and buy a cheap one for $20 bucks at Office Depot to start with, and if you put in the time and effort, it will pay for it's self in no time AND you'll be able to buy an even better one.

You should know, that this job can be really good money, but it is in no way "Easy Money". A lot of girls come into this line of work with that common misconception, thinking that all you have to do is sit in front of your web cam looking pretty, and guys are going to just throw money at you. There's also a lot more that goes into cam modeling than just what you see on the computer screen. There's just as much work to do while off cam, as there is on cam, if you're a successful cam model. You need to be consistent in your schedule on cam, promote yourself via social media, make content to sell and/or give out as prizes (like videos or photo sets, etc...) be entertaining and creative, and have good work/business ethics. Like anything in life, you're going to get out of it, what you put into it.

Good Luck

I would say the two most important things to begin with are a decent cam and a good internet connection. If its blurry/pixelated and lagging most people wont stay in your room for more then a few seconds and then it doesnt matter how good the rest of what you are doing is if no one is there to watch it.
