I use a bed and a chair frequently, but I also fucked up my back hard. The best thing for your health is actually sit on the floor between shows, or when you can in free chat. It has to do with pelvic rotation, long term health, gravity, and your kinetic chain. Trust me, in the long term, it's the best habit to get into.

Preferably near a wall or a place you can have back support.

holy shit you were so right it's not even funny. Like I feel like you may have literally saved my back from permanent damage. So much better on the floor, and will be even better when I get more (non-saggy) padding!
