banned

Hello,
I am new here and i need a help with my account on Chaturbate.
I have been permanent banned, i have maild the support team a lot and have search google for answer but i din't find a solution to the banned, the last mail i have from the support team is this;
"On review of your submitted identification, we have found that the submitted identification on account calycantus does not comply with the Chaturbate Terms. Due to this serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, your account has been terminated, and you have been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. Should you create or access any accounts in violation of this permanent ban, such accounts will be subject to termination without warning and any amounts associated with such accounts will be deemed forfeit."

the don't give me the answer of why ia have been banned.
can i get help from you guys ?

If you happen to know the ticket number for your e-mail inquiry, you can tell it to her. Any updates on your account would be given to you via e-mail (the same e-mail that you use for all of your Chaturbate correspondence).

They told you that the reason they terminated your account is related to the ID that you submitted. Maybe your ID has expired? Whatever it was, CB felt that the ID you submitted wasn't valid. Also, you mentioned that you've mailed the support team a lot. Don't do that, because creating a bunch of support tickets is not going to help matters any.
