Banned without reason

Hi happy new year @punker barbie thanks for taking the time to read this well i want to ask how would i get my acount banned and how to recover it because chaturbate didnt reply to my email and i was asking them what was the reason why my account got banned or any violation i did because as far i know i didnt intentionally try to violate company terms I love the site I've spent well over $5k and bought the supporter role over my time using the site been a member since 2019 any photos I've sent have been of me only with model permission and I'm 24 I'd love to continue using such a fantastic site thank you for your time
