Banned several months ago, was hoping get my account back for a second chance

Hi,

I was banned for violating ToS. Someone in my room was engaging in taboo talk, and I made the mistake of not kicking them from the room instantly. Though, I thought it was strange, I was unaware my account would be banned.

I was hoping to get in touch with someone to review my ticket. I've contact support and I haven't gotten a response for a few days.

I let them know when I reached out I know the rules and will not repeat the same mistake, and I'll be quick to ban people next time.

Thanks for your time. I logged in and I see my tokens are back, however, the screen still says it's a ban.

I double checked and have not received an email back yet.

The tokens back I believe is new. Is this a positive sign for now at least?

I was thinking maybe the best case scenario, is that the account takes a bit to be fully reinstated.

If you could put in a good word for me, I'd be the happiest person on Earth. Truly learned what went wrong, and not to repeat.
