Banned Mistake

Last January 4 I was streaming and this Newly Created account entered my room and as a model I have given him the warmest welcome. As we go through our conversation he said that he is 15 years old, and as A model who knows the rules and regulations of the Chaturbate`s platform i said that "ITS PROBITED HERE" and he said sorry and told me his real age which is 61 years old. I didn`t do any role playing or child exploitation but why still the chaturbate platform banned me. I have a proof of screenshot that I didn`t engage on the said role playing. How can I re-activate my account and make a further investigation about my account. My account model is SugarxSp1ce.

The moment you sent "id rather not talk about that here" it was already over. You basically acknowledged that he was underage and didn't ban him and then you took it a step further with a statement that looks like you'd be ok talking about it else where.
