Hi. ....

I was in the middle of a private show and my Chaturbate account was suddenly cut off and it stated I was banned. I had many many tokens, and I've been on the site for like 8 years...
Hoping you can help....
I have to acknowledge that the fact that this happens so often and people have no idea why they've been banned is just not good business on the part of Chaturbate. They are already exploiting the content (and selling it to other sites, it seems) at a very low payout for money spent.... The least they could do is explain the reason upfront. It's really egregious. I get it that we've agreed to terms, but when only one party has written that agreement, that party has the burden of authorship - in this instance, I don't think it is hard to argue that the agreement is ambiguous and unclear, and that the enforcement of it is entirely without information (as evidenced by the posts here). The notice I got said I "may" have violated something. Not that I did and not which something. And they hold people's money hostage in the meantime, which is also egregious because the terms do not state that they can do that specifically. (Also, if your account is banned, and you try to click on the Terms and Conditions to maybe re-read them and self-reflect, the site doesn't allow that access either... you have use a private browser to re-read the terms).
Anyway, it just seems like there is a much kinder way to deal with all this as a business .... like, have some empathy for us.
Sorry for my rant!! Hope you're good.
