Banned from cb

Greetings to all. I have been banned from cb on Sunday. My name is "playman83". Didn't get a warning. I have sent a message and got an automated reply. I have been a model since 2014 with no issues with them. Could you please look into it and tell me if they have seen the message and how long will this take to be solved. I always follow the terms of broadcasting. Probably something happened that wasn't in purpose from my side.

Few hours before the ban appeared I successfully cashed out about 7900 tkns. What happens with that? It's before the ban so probably I get that ammount paid I believe.

They wrote it's a permanent ban for participating in "underage role play" which is really shocking to me. I'm since 2014 model and I never violated any agreement or rules in purpose. I told them that I think I know what they are referring to and I believe that I was mislead cause of one reason. I have really bad internet connention last month generally and I have to reconnect or refresh the page many times which sometimes makes my recent pvt message history disappear so I think that if there was mentioned an age I didn't read it do I don't know that it's that kind of game. It's the only way I can explain it. I have kicked really a lot of accounts that tried to start this kind of conversation.

I told them to look into that. They will see how many times I refreshed and logged on only that day!

Can you contact the team and tell them to look at what I said?
