Banned from CB and no response from support. It seems to be a common issue, especially lately.

I’m hoping to hear from Punker Barbie or another member of the support team.

I would prefer not to list my account publicly, but would greatly appreciate speaking with somebody.

I moderate for a good number of people on the site, and seemingly got insta banned when I mentioned in a PM to a friend how slow CB has been to respond to another friend who was recently banned.

Within a second, my account got banned.

And, like many others, there is absolutely no response from support. I am a fairly big tipper on the site and treat everybody with respect, especially the models.

I’m hoping to be able to hear from you to find out what can be done and not just for me, but for quite a few people who seem to have gotten banned out of nowhere lately or for rather minor infractions and with no recourse or way to contact support to find out what can be done to resolve the situation.

Sorry new to these forums. My account (boredstiffinsc) was banned i believe because i sent a pm to a friend complaining about support not responding to emails. the second i did this, it was banned as were all my linked accounts.

i am hoping Punker Barbie or someone can help me. There are quite a few people i help on the site and really would like to be able to get back to "business as usual".

i am not quite sure how to reach out to get any type of response from support. there seems to be no recourse or way to contact anyone in a timely manner.

i do not have a ticket number since i have not even received a case email. i was just banned and send an email saying they received receipt of my message.

i think may have figured it out. I said he was now spending all his tokens on SC insteaed.

never had a prob with sc being picked up before.

This is actually part of the issue. They never told me what it was that caused the ban.

The email I got from support simply said that there was an alert on my account, and after review, the alert has been lifted.

I don’t know why I was flagged for certain or what it was they had to clear.

So I don’t know for certain what caused it, I’m just going to be extra careful even when speaking in PM to a friend.

I’m assuming because I mentioned SC and that triggered the AI response. But I don’t know for sure. I was also critical of the site as well in my convo regarding all the recent bans and technical issues with the site.
