Our account llb_sluts was banned on February 19th and we think it may have been a mistake?
We were live for all of two minutes getting everything set up when our account was shut down. I sent an email to support right away but have yet to hear back. Are you able to assist at all?
Perhaps I contacted them incorrectly as I do not have a ticket #
