Banned for three weeks. Chaturbate not responding.

Hi! @punker barbie I'm wondering if you can help me understand what's happening with my account and if i can get it back? It just says 'we have reason to believe you have violated our rules' but still no reason has been given after 3 weeks now. I have tried emailing but still no response. Not sure what i could have done wrong as i really don't think i did anything wrong. Have a couple ideas of what could be suspected i guess, but as i said, i'm confident i didn't break any rules. My user is: assiscool

they did and i did the age verification but i'm still banned. it says i completed the age verification. that i'm approved and my account is now age verified, but yeah, still banned. does it just take a while for the ban to be lifted?
