Hoping you can help get my account unbanned on Chaturbate (username gingerale212). You had helped me before with verification issues and hopefully we can get thru this.
Yesterday 4/02/2025 my account was banned mid stream for using illegal substances. I did use a rolled cigarrete but I’ve seen others smoke, vape, and even more. Other than that, I’m not sure why I was banned, since this is a common practice among models.
I never display drugs on camera, I never charged tokens for smoking or encouraged public to smoke any substance at all, I didnt event mention any drug type in my stream. I have received messages about marijuana pharafernalia before, but I confused the poilicies and thought that only the pipe, bong, and stuff like that was prohibited. Medical and Recreative cannabis is legal in Colombia and is not considered a heavy drug. Now that this happened to me I understand that I should not neither drink (which i never did) or smoke on camera at all. I really want to get my account back and of course, I will follow 100% the terms and conditions of the site now that i understand the policy.
I'm not new to Chaturbate, i've been on the site for 2 years and always smoked rolled cigarretes with no problem, I always made sure to see if other streamers did similar actions or even asked them what they did. So, I was operating under the impression everything I did was common or accepted.
I commint myself to not to this again if I'm able to get my account back. I wrote to CB support but have not heard back. I’d be happy to follow any and all rules now that I have a better understanding.
