@punker barbie I live in a state with legalization and I thought that I was going to be perfectly fine smoking CBD on camera seeing it doesnt have any mind altering properties and I was banned is there any way You can help Me get reinstated please it absolutely won't happen again. The TOS Does state these things, For the SITE, doesnt matter where you live or are, what is or isnt legal where you are. THE SITE TOS are there for a reason & state what isnt allowed period LOL
Chances are you will get a temp ban & when some one reviews your email request to support, they will give you more info on your ban im sure. Its a selective BAN cannabis, as i have seen others hitting bongs/pipes & they dont get banned. My guess, hi stats models they dont wanna lose any income on, or people arent reporting them cause they enjoy there interaction with them, who knows

You could’ve been a little nicer and said all of this without LOL at the guy though…..

I could see LOL (and smiling) if it was, say, a racist member getting banned from a site. It gives me great pleasure when people like that suffer such consequences.

I was going to say something similar but feel like I've been too vocal around here lately. He said he wouldn't do it again now that he knows. Rytar seems to jump like a cave cricket on those who are naive. He's ultimately harmless but jumping is his only defense.

To be honest, cam sites are really awful at demanding a user really read the TOS. Most people assume it's exactly like a EULA and click through. I think it would serve everyone well to have sections to check off with initials just like an apartment lease. "Yes I agree to not be stupid and not do stupid shit."

There are a few "restrictions" I don't agree with but not letting models use drugs on cam is one I do agree with. Why sully our reputation even further?

I Will agree the lol shouldn't have been there, miss placed wrong context. all these bans and crap CB throws around seems crazy.
I'm glad some/most get resolved for those niave ones as stated.
